Older parts or damaged parts may FAIL during installation due to normal wear and condition. Customers are RESPONSIBLE for informing our employees of any known issues before any services are performed.
We are not RESPONSIBLE for delays caused by weather, location restrictions, vehicle condition, or access limitations, Our priority is honest communications, quality workmanship, and completing every service professionally.
Every installation is completed with care and precision, results may vary depending on the condition of the vehicle, Customers are responsible for ensuring their vehicle is in suitable condition. Any additional repairs or issues discovered during any service will be discussed with the customer before continuing the service.
Vehicle customization
Vehicle customization services are performed at the customers request, Customers may acknowledge that modifications can permanently alter the vehicles original condition and may affect factory warranties or resale value. Estrella Auto works is NOT responsible for any issues related to pre-existing damage, electrical faults, or complications that arise due to prior modifications or vehicle condition.
Vehicle detailing
While we use professional products and techniques to achieve the best possible results, Customers understand that detailing improves appearance but does not restore or repair permanently damaged surfaces. Any additional issues discovered during the detailing process will be communicated if they may require further attention.
